Shipping and delivery

Our products are made to order and fulfilled by Printful, our print-on-demand fulfilment partner.

Processing time
Most orders take 2–5 business days to produce before they are handed to the carrier.

Estimated delivery times
• United Kingdom: approximately 5–12 business days from the order date.
• Other destinations: approximately 7–25 business days from the order date.

These estimates include production and transit time. They are not guaranteed, and delivery can occasionally take longer because of stock availability, production issues, customs, severe weather or carrier disruption.

Shipping costs
Shipping charges are calculated according to the product type and delivery destination and are shown at checkout before payment.

Split shipments
Products may be fulfilled at different locations or require separate packaging. An order may therefore arrive in more than one parcel and on different dates.

Tracking
When tracking is available, we will email the tracking details after the order has shipped. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to begin updating.

Customs and import charges
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or handling fees imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout explicitly states otherwise, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Incorrect addresses
Please check the delivery address carefully before ordering. Contact us as soon as possible at contact@mineart.co.uk if an address needs correcting. Once fulfilment or shipping has begun, an address change may not be possible.

Delayed or missing orders
If an order has not arrived by the estimated date, allow a few additional business days for carrier delays, then contact contact@mineart.co.uk so we can investigate.
